What can you expect:
- Week 1 will start with some videos to watch, which will help with your Mindset.
- Week 2—Once it's complete, we will set up a phone call to talk on Zoom so I can see you. I will send you the recorded call to refer back to the conversation and help you stay on track.
- Week 3 - By now, you will be ready to start Meal prep + start your fitness plan.
- Week 4 - You should expect the scale to drop a few pounds.
