Comparing yourself to anyone online is not helping

"Alright, listen up—comparing yourself to other women is like comparing apples to oranges. It’s not a fair fight, and it’s a losing game every time. You see, everyone’s body is different, and everyone’s journey is different. There are a million variables at play—genetics, metabolism, lifestyle, history, mindset—and none of those things are the same for you as they are for someone else.
Now, here’s the truth: you’re not in competition with anyone else but the person you were yesterday. That’s who you should be focusing on—YOU. You’ve got to stop looking around and start looking within. The only thing that matters is the progress you’re making, step by step, choice by choice.
If you’re constantly measuring yourself against someone else’s highlight reel, of course you’re going to feel disappointed. But the reality is, you have your own path, your own story, and your own wins to celebrate. So how about focusing on what you CAN control? What are the small victories that you’ve already achieved? Every healthy choice you make, every workout you finish, every pound or inch lost—that’s progress. That’s what you own.
You can’t control someone else’s results, but you can control your own effort, your own mindset, and your own self-care. It’s time to celebrate your own journey, and not let anyone else’s timeline take away from what you’re doing. Be proud of where you are today, and keep your eye on where YOU want to be tomorrow."
Now go out there and focus on you, because that’s where your power is.
