You will have access to over 400  workouts on demand!

Throughout each class, you will engage your total body while using a range of equipment and at-home apparatuses including a chair, step stool, hand weights, and my resistance bands. All fitness levels are welcome.

Every Class begins with my breakdown session of the content at 7:30 AM EST, followed by the full class at 7:05 AM  Group participants will receive an invite to the class on Facebook & Email
