This meal includes a 1-day example which you will repeat every single day. 1 Cheat meal is allowed per week.

This meal plan is based on THE best foods to eat to lose weight in a healthy way in order to get those abs to come shinning through. This is EXACTLY how I ate to get my ABS and continue to eat today. Please don’t expect a daily meal plan that spans 7 days, there are no recipes.  Also include: is a food exchange list. Once you purchase, I will reach out to you to get your pertinent personal information for the customized plan.  It will include two, 1 for active days and 1 for not so active.  This is for 90 days.

I will watch you eat via a food tracking app and we will work closely together to make sure you stay on track.  We will have calls once a week to discuss how the week was and what challenges you may have had.
